FDIC Declare It Scam
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has reported in there web site that they have received a couple of complaints, where caller claims that he is calling on behalf of FDIC and the call is about the repaying of pending debts.
The caller usually says that the receiver failed to pay the loan for which he/she had applied through internet or it was applied through a payday lender. It doesn’t matters that whether loan exists or not. This is because the call has been reported by the recipients, in which some of them had taken such loans while there are some who say that they have never applied.
Report FDIC
These are all scams. When ever you receive any such call, just consider it a methodology to take your money away or to get your personal information. FDIC clearly mentioned in their website that, if you receive a call from a person who says that we have personal or any other kind of your sensitive information, like bank detail, social security number, date of birth or any other thing like this. Place a complaint at the spot because that person is criminal which should be charged for the identity theft.
