Go to the official site of your state insurance commissioner and search for the complaint filing process. Check it is available in downloadable form or it needs you to fill out online. Try to compile all of your required documents that are required to file a complaint. Keep your records by your self because many large organizations contains a call center or other customer care departments with a large number of people so it happens whenever you contact them every time a new representative is there to swerve you. After knowing how to precede the compliant filing process and after collecting and compiling all necessary documents submit your final complaint to state insurance commissioner officially.
Once you file your complaint your state insurance commissioner’ office will contact you to submit some additional documents that they may need. The next step, your state commissioner will send a copy of your compliant to the insurance company.
